On May 20, 2011, Archer Investment Management and Powell, Angeli & Langford Insurance are sponsoring the 2nd Annual Charity Putt-Putt Fundraiser. Last year the event drew over 100 people, for this fun family evening, and over $3000 was donated to charities in the Raleigh, NC area.
This year’s fundraiser will benefit TEAM DYKEMAN, a scholarship fund in honor of a fallen Marine; Tour de Cure, the American Diabetes Association’s cyclist ride; NC Beginnings, supports the parents of children who are deaf or hard of hearing; and the Michael J. Gressman Brain Tumor Fund.
By participating in our event, you are not only contributing to community outreach, but you are also representing your company as a fellow pillar amongst Raleigh’s philanthropists.
There are several options for participation in this event:
$100 Tournament Sponsorship – includes name recognition on the banner, a sign at a hole on the course, and participation for four people.
$250 Platinum Sponsorship – includes recognition in the press releases, website, and event banner, hole signage, and participation for eight people.
In addition to sponsorship, players are needed! Our Charity Putt Putt Fundraiser is a great way to combine business, philanthropy, and family fun! Individual tickets are $20, and foursome tickets are $60. This includes putt putt, drinks, and dinner. Support your sponsorship by bringing your family and friends to be a part of a great day!

It is the day of the big Putt Putt event. We are all ready for this huge occasion. Special “Thanks” to Solomans Restaurant and Moe’s for providing the food. DJ GINO for spinning the tunes. And of course my friend Jason Stowe, CPM, of Income Properties.

Please take a moment and remember. Remember all of the Men and Woman that have given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms. The Families continue to live with that sacrifice. I miss Captain Philip Dykeman USMC killed in action in Iraq. We are running the Marine Corp Marathon in 5 months. We will represent Captain Dykeman and his family proudly. June 26th will be our official start to training.
